1-Switching Function:

IT members have the capability to install, maintain PABX switches

based on the human resources armed with experience, knowledge and training.

As a result, all switching needs of INVESTCOM Holding can be provided in an

efficient way.

2-Networking Function:

The main function of IT is to afford all the networking services to INVESTCOM Holding in Lebanon.

These services are illustrated by:

•Planning a new network

•Upgrading an existing network

•Affording Internet and Email Services

•Installing the Network Operating System

•Configuring Client Computers

•Testing the network & Performance monitoring

•Protecting Network Data by developing and implementing Network guidelines regarding the use of passwords and other Security procedures.

3- Software Development & Procurement

•Software Development is to suit the requirements of the work such as Database applications using Microsoft Access & SQL Databases.
